A & G Fencing Ltd. is looking for another great person as office assistant and admin!

After your training to our standards and procedures you will be responsible for incoming calls and other communications as well as updating paperwork, managing files, some payables, invoicing, entering quotes into our fencing software, processing orders and organizing office records.  Previous experience and proven office capability is preferred and knowledge of Sage, Excel and IT skills are an asset. This is a very flexible position and the hours or days worked can be negotiated with management; we have a very busy season from April to October. You will be part of a close knit, family oriented team that enjoys competitive compensation and medical benefits.
